Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS. Shipping is currently only available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Clinique Dallas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If you enter the incorrect shipping information you may try to correct the shipping information before the order is processed by immediately contacting customer service at (972) 566-2010 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you contact Clinique Dallas after the order has shipped to the wrong address the package will have to be returned to us before we can ship to the correct address. Also, if a package is returned to Clinique Dallas due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Clinique Dallas is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
All unopened purchased product are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked. 100% refund will be issued on your unopened item(s) returned within 30 days from the invoice date. Items must be returned in the same (or similar) condition in which they were received.
- On items that qualify for returns within the 30 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged.
- Return the product in the same condition you received it.
- Shipping and/or handling costs are non-refundable.
- For all product returns, the original packing slip is REQUIRED to be considered for reimbursement. Please note that we may not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned.
- Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
- Once we receive your item, most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 business days.
- Skincare products (makeup, sunscreen, lotion, etc) can be returned within 30 days of being purchased. If unopened, you qualify for a full refund. If it was opened/used, you qualify for store credit or exchange.
- Sales on supplements are final. No returns or exchanges.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Vouchers and Memberships
- Non-candidates and other refund requests will be honored before service provided. Appointment required. Refunds will be processed on the same card as the original payment was made. If the voucher was a gift, you may receive store credit.
Damaged or Defective Products
- DEFECTIVE products may be returned directly to us within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. At our discretion, you may receive a credit or replacement product.
